Drop files on a folder in the Location Bar

Drag files onto any folder in the Location Bar or the Path Bar to move them there. Hold Option to copy them instead, as in Finder's Path Bar.

How to do it

  1. Select files in a folder.
  2. Drag them onto one of the folders shown in the Location Bar above the files, or in the Path Bar at the bottom of the window.
  3. Release to move them into that folder. Hold Option while you drop to copy them instead.
  4. ⌘Z undoes the move or copy.
